Ask about allergens when you order: US food law names nine major allergens (milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy and sesame), and kitchens can tell you which dishes contain them.
Restaurant inspection results are kept by the city or county health department; many publish them online or post the latest grade at the door.
For table service a tip of 15–20% is customary; at counter-service places tipping is optional.

Was ordering from here as a go to, but they really messed up my order for a party. They forgot my two 2 liters and a cookie brownie. Tried getting a refund but the customer service keeps giving me the ring around.

They gave my order away, tried to fix it, and gave me the wrong items. Everyone's dinner was ruined. Tried to call, but they put me on hold for over 20 minutes. I had just left there, and no one was there. They definitely were playing games.

Ordered a deep dish 'slices and sticks' item. What I got was cold and rock hard. Clearly, it was hours old. When I checked my email, the "loaded into Portal" email is dated 2 minutes after the receipt email because they didn't make a new one. 2 days prior I ordered the same item and it was fine. Been going here since it opened and this was the last time.

I got one of the pepperoni lunch pizzas combos. It was so rock hard. I swear to God it was from yesterday and they just kept reheating it. It was the worst piece of crap I've ever seen in my life. I took one bite, spit it out and threw it in the garbage. But of course that was my lunch and that was my lunch gone. Don't go there ever. Don't ever ever go to this pizza place. Go to McDonald's go to Burger King. Go anywhere but don't go to this Little Caesar. You'd be better off going to a gas station and getting gas station pizza than this crap

Veni, vidi, pizza. Been seeing that Little Caesars commercial for their mini-pizza puffs a lot recently, so on a half day off from work I decided to go all out and try a bit of everything from the restaurant that I haven't been to since I was in elementary school. Ordered online going with a create your own pizza of thin crust with mushrooms, green bell pepper, and onions. One order of those pizza puffs, and an order of the crazy bread sticks with sauce. Also tacked on a garlic butter dipping sauce too. Total came to just over $30 for everything, which is crazy, as the same price would net me a half the stuff at Dominos or Pizza Hut. So good prices. Arrived on site and used their pizza portal to pickup, which was amusing, to punch a code into a machine like a vendomatic and get my order nice and hot. A bit of a time trying to leave what with the parking lot not offering any room to maneuver to avoid backing up onto the busy street, but a break in traffic helped. Back home I dug into everything and found the pizza to be the best thin crust pizza I have had from a pizza chain ever, it outclassed both Dominos and Pizza Hut's thin crusts, it had plenty of my requested toppings, the
